This week, I am going to focus on making a meal in my Crock-Pot. My Crock-Pot is the first actual appliance I got when I graduated college and moved out of my parents house into my own place. I didn’t know how to use it. I had just heard that Crock-Pots were very easy to use and extremely convenient for people who don’t want to be in the kitchen all day worrying about their meal. I’m going to be honest, since I got my Crock Pot, I have only made two things in it, a buffalo chicken dip and a beef roast. This week, I am going to talk about Crock-Pots and I’m going to include not one, but TWO recipes! One from a Crock-Pot recipe book (beef roast), and one recipe that a friend shared with me that I make quite often (buffalo chicken dip).
